I don’t believe their numbers - users/ratings/anything. This app takes over. Think about it 350MB phone app. It starts grabbing money from other accounts without authorization. Try to get your money out - good luck. This is an offshore company - good luck if you have a problem. A major red flag is to look at what it takes to opt out of their system. Read the fine print.

The app is very easy and has great features also. You can invest and do other things. You can also send from UK to the USA. Great app !

Only has US bank details. No IBAN support, no true multi-currency support. Sad.

I had deposited $ from my bank to Revolut. Now I initiated a transaction to send the$ to my checking account. My bank never heard of Revolut. Revolut tells me to contact my bank. I just lost my money.

They apparently can’t verify my identity and I can’t get anyone in customer support to help me. It’s ridiculous!!

For my expat life and international banking, I find Revolut extremely handy. Especially the physical and digital cards and more important, the disposable card. It has become my main banking method throughout.

Am very happy with the service

In general everything is ok, but I can't give more for the headache with referral program. Don't send invitations to anyone, because Revolut could and sometimes will make decisions without any reason what in case of financial institution means steal your money without any reason.

Good app

The timing of transfers and fees involved are fabulous. The site also has actual banking options too which is nice. The site took a little getting acclimated to and was a bit confusing but after I got the hang of it, its been great for me. Very glad I found it!

Used to have issues with revolut blocking funds. Now these days much better

Highly disappointed with this app. Attempted to create an account for a new business and with excitement jumped ahead with the processing steps. My excitement got my account revoked and ineligible to re-apply. This had killed my excitement and filled with disappointment. Had high hopes for this app. Don’t waste your time, just open your own website!

I’m fed up with trying to register on this app. I’m a foreigner in a country where residence permit is issued as plain paper instead of plastic i.d card. There’s no way I can snap my permit without missing some vital parts of it. If only you had a different means of uploading documents (as pdf or jpg) instead of asking me to snap it. Moreover it takes ages for your app to open my camera before I can snap and this eats up the 5mins needed to complete verification.

I sent a crypto transfer of $500 to a friend and Revolut wants to know the details of the recipient: name, location, address and transfer reasons. They blocked my entire account for a transfer. The crypto service is a joke.
