Very slow money transfer

Sadly, most credit card are not debit card in France so in order to top up, you have to use money transfer. The first time it took them more than 20 days to receive/find my money transfer. the same for my friend who uses it as well. And the second money transfer I thought would be faster but so far it has been 6 days. My regular bank is HSBC. Their support team is very efficient. Sometimes, the credit card is not accepted, but maybe because it is a mastercard ? and reimbursement takes forever as well. But all in all. This can be pretty convenient and efficient when it works. So I would still recommend it but hoping that they do improve the pace of their money transfer.
