Everything was cool until...

I love this card and even recommended it to friends. I made a mistake and transferred $200 instead of $20 and I tried to withdraw the money back to my account and the app now has errors. It blocked my card and I cant unblock it and I have been texting customer service through their messenger without a resolution. So for the time being, my $200 is locked on to a card that I cant even use. Back to my old debit card. :-/
